CALL TO ACTION: Write a Letter asking our Representatives to support the Dream Act

June 15th is the 14th anniversary of DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals). Yet, the future of hundreds of thousands of our neighbors has never felt more uncertain.
Over 340 DACA recipients have been detained in the last year.
At least 90 of them have been deported.
Thousands more are losing their jobs due to prolonged renewal delays.
New applicants remain unable to apply, and most undocumented students—especially recent high school graduates—are ineligible for the program.
Today, less than thirty percent of undocumented college students have DACA, and none of the Dreamers graduating from high school this academic year are eligible to apply.
That’s why, right now, we are writing letters to Senator Hickenlooper, Senator Bennett and Representative Jeff Crank (CD5) to call on them to lead with moral clarity & put the safety and stability of OUR communities first by supporting the Dream Act, which would provide a pathway to citizenship for millions! Now is the time for our leaders to support an actual pathway to citizenship for our immigrant youth and undocumented neighbors!
Now it’s your turn! Will you send a letter to YOUR members of Congress to support the Dream Act and deliver citizenship now?
Please email completed letters by June 14th.
Letters will be delivered in person on 6/15 the 14th anniversary of DACA. If you would like to be a part of the delivery please include that in your email.
