CALL TO ACTION: Protect Women’s Healthcare

Students for Life of America, Liberty Counsel Action, and their allies are pushing a manufactured “water contaminant” scare to attack mifepristone — a safe, FDA‑approved medication used for abortion and miscarriage care.

There is no public‑health crisis. What is real is a coordinated forced‑birth strategy weaponizing environmental panic to create yet another backdoor ban on abortion access.

The EPA comment period closes June 5.  

Forced‑birth groups are already flooding the docket. We need to overwhelm them with facts, science, and lived reality.

Targeting mifepristone means targeting miscarriage care. It means more delays, more travel, more cost, more medical risk, and more punishment for people already trapped in states where abortion access has been gutted.

And the double standard is blatant. Male reproductive drugs like Viagra and Cialis aren’t being turned into a national moral panic — even though medications in that class have been found in wastewater. This campaign isn’t about environmental safety. It’s about control.

What to do right now:

• Open the EPA comment page and use the sample comment template.
• Submit your comment by June 5 and make your voice impossible to ignore.
